Shipping policy
DELIVERY TIME
We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. We ship with the courier company DHL. The delivery time within Germany is about 1-3 days after payment verification. If you order at the weekend or on a holiday, the delivery may take 3-4 business days. Before Christmas, the delivery time and a high delivery volume at DHL may also vary.
We currently do not deliver to countries outside the EU.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
SHIPPING COSTS
The prices listed on our product pages include all price components as well as the statutory value added tax.
If the total value of your shopping cart is less than 35 € for orders within Germany, we charge additional shipping costs.
For shipments within Germany, the flat shipping rate per order is 5 €.
All shipping charges apply to packages under 30kg. Possible subsequent deliveries are free of shipping costs.

REKLAMATION
If your order or a product is defective or damaged in transit, it is very annoying, but unfortunately it can happen. Please contact our customer service and send us a picture of the damage or the error. We will check this and then decide how to proceed, e.g. shipping a new product.
Also, if you have received the wrong product or too little or your package is not found, please contact our team immediately at shop@donkey-products.com.
RETURN
If the ordered product does not meet your expectations, it is of course a pity. In this case you can make a revocation. After the arrival of the goods in our warehouse and their inspection, you will be refunded your money.
